Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Diet, Schmiet. Some foods are worth breaking New Year's Resolutions - and this cake definitely fits the bill. Delicious, decadent, and drop-dead gorgeous, this cake is one of my favorite go-to recipes whenever I need the perfect finale for a celebratory meal.

Traditional Passover Menu

While every family enjoys a different menu for the Seder, we have shared our favorite traditional Passover recipes that seem to be most strongly identified with Passover. Our menu has just a hint of citrus flavors intertwining between many of the dishes and all of the food is aromatic and evocative of the Passover celebration and a variety of different cultures.

The Plan

The Day Before

Make the Traditional Passover Brisket.
Make the Everything Macaroons

6 Hours in Advance

Make the dressing and the salad mixture for the Watercress, Frisée, Tangerine, and Blood Orange Salad.
Make the Charoses.

1 Hour in Advance

Reheat the Traditional Passover Brisket (Reheat at 350 degrees if baking with the Passover Popovers).
Make the Matzoh Ball Soup.

40 Minutes in Advance

Make the Passover Popovers.
Make the Carrot Tzimmes.
Make the Citrus Asparagus Sauté.

Immediately Before Serving

Dress the Watercress, Frisée, Tangerine, and Blood Orange Salad and add the almonds.
