Double Irish Coffee|
There are so many variations on Irish Coffee that about the only ingredient mixers and drinkers alike can agree on is the coffee! This is our boozy variation, which while definitely not traditional, is always a popular choice at parties! Both the whiskey and the liqueur should be hot or at least warmed before adding to the hot coffee. Check out our more traditional Irish Coffee recipe.
3/4 cup hot coffee
2 tablespoons Irish Cream liqueur
1 tablespoon Irish whiskey
2 tablespoons sweetened whipped cream
Pour the hot coffee into a warmed Irish Coffee glass or heavy mug. Top with the whiskey and then the whipped cream. Serve immediately.
