Detail of Caramel Apple-Almond Crepes

Caramel Apple-Almond Crepes

A great dish for dessert or breakfast, these filled crepes are quick and easy to make, full of wonderful flavor, and make any occasion special.

Sparkling Berry Lemonade

With its pretty pink color and mouth watering flavor, this drink is an Easter favorite for adults and kids alike. Any berries can be used, but mixed unsweetened frozen berries are the cheapest, most widely available, and flavorful. If using fresh berries, make sure to freeze them for an hour or two so the drink stays nice and cold as you serve it.

2 cups frozen berries
24 ounces thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
4 quarts sparkling water or club soda
Ice cubes or crushed ice

Puree the frozen berries in a blender or food processor. Mix the berry puree with the lemonade and sparkling water until well blended. Fill glasses with ice and pour the sparkling lemonade overtop. Serve immediately.

Makes 8 servings.
