Sparkling Lemon-Lime Punch|
This bubbly punch is one of my favorites to serve with a wide variety of menus, especially with spicy foods - including Mexican and Thai food. Light juice concentrates and diet soda can be used for a lower calorie punch that is just as flavorful as the normal version.
12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
12 ounces frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 cups cold water
6 cups chilled lemon lime soda
Lemon and lime slices (optional for garnish)
Combine the lemonade and limeade concentrates and water in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Chill until right before you are ready to serve. Add the soda right before serving and serve in chilled glasses over ice and garnish with lemon and lime slices.
Makes 8 servings.
