Caramel Apple-Almond Crepes


A great dish for dessert or breakfast, these filled crepes are quick and easy to make, full of wonderful flavor, and make any occasion special.


Long Island Iced Tea

Many an argument - both sober and drunk - has been had over whether or not Long Island Iced Tea contains any tea, iced or otherwise. And the correct answer is, no it does not. Although after a few of these you might be willing to swear that not only does each glass have tea in it - it contains the entirety of Long Island as well! These are more potent than many people realize so keep that it mind when serving these.

1 ounce gin
1 ounce light rum
1 ounce tequila
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1/2 cup chilled cola

Combine everything but the cola in an ice filled shaker. Shake well and strain into a tall ice filled glass and top with the cola. Stir well before serving.

Makes 1 serving.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
