Caramel Apple-Almond Crepes


A great dish for dessert or breakfast, these filled crepes are quick and easy to make, full of wonderful flavor, and make any occasion special.


Lemon-Ginger Iced Tea

Full of flavor and just slightly bubbly, this simple iced tea is a party favorite for adults and children. Diet iced tea mix and diet ginger ale also make for a tasty party drink that is lower in calories. Make sure the iced tea and ginger ale are well chilled before pouring.

1 cup lemon iced tea mix
4 cups cold water
2 liters chilled ginger ale
Ice cubes
Lemon slices for garnish

Prepare the iced tea mix with the water in a large pitcher. Chill for at least an hour. Add the chilled ginger ale right before serving. Serve in chilled glasses with ice and lemon slices.

Makes 8 servings.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Chilling Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour, 5 minutes
