Caramel Apple-Almond Crepes

A great dish for dessert or breakfast, these filled crepes are quick and easy to make, full of wonderful flavor, and make any occasion special.

Raisin-Apricot Glazed HamRaisin-Apricot Glazed Ham

Nothing could be easier than serving a boneless ham. Dress yours up with this easy and tempting glaze.

1 8-pound fully cooked whole boneless ham
1 18-oz jar apricot preserves
1 2-oz package slivered almonds
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice

For glaze, in a small bowl stir together well preserves, almonds, raisins and lemon juice. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 2 hours (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer registars 140 degrees F. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Slice thinly to serve.
