Caramel Apple-Almond Crepes


A great dish for dessert or breakfast, these filled crepes are quick and easy to make, full of wonderful flavor, and make any occasion special.


Double Marshmallow Hot Chocolate

Marshmallow lovers rejoice! This recipe is rich with marshmallow flavor and is incredibly thick and creamy. If you do not have miniature marshmallows, add one or two regular marshmallows to each cup.

4 cups milk
1 1/3 cups marshmallow creme
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened Dutch processed cocoa
Pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Combine the milk, marshmallow creme, sugar, cocoa, and salt in a large heavy saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, whisking constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture bubbles. Lower the heat to medium-low and cook until the larger clumps of marshmallow creme dissolve, leaving small bits in the hot chocolate, and the hot chocolate thickens. Pour or ladle into mugs or cups and top with the miniature marshmallows. Serve hot.
