Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Diet, Schmiet. Some foods are worth breaking New Year's Resolutions - and this cake definitely fits the bill. Delicious, decadent, and drop-dead gorgeous, this cake is one of my favorite go-to recipes whenever I need the perfect finale for a celebratory meal.

Simple Hot Wings

While there are almost infinite hot wings recipes out there, this is probably our favorite. Less greasy and more flavorful than other recipes, this is our favorite version. And with only three ingredients it couldn't be easier.

1 1/2 cups favorite hot sauce
1 cup favorite Italian salad dressing
5 pounds chicken wings

Mix the hot sauce and salad dressing together in a large bowl or large storage bag. Add the wings and toss to coat well. Cover or seal and refrigerate overnight or up to 48 hours. Grill until cooked through and slightly crispy, about 15 minutes, or bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve hot.

Makes 6 servings.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Marinating Time: 8 hours
Total Time: 8 hours, 20 minutes
