Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Diet, Schmiet. Some foods are worth breaking New Year's Resolutions - and this cake definitely fits the bill. Delicious, decadent, and drop-dead gorgeous, this cake is one of my favorite go-to recipes whenever I need the perfect finale for a celebratory meal.

Nutty Stuffed Celery

This kid friendly recipe for stuffed celery is flavorful and full of protein. Kids will love the flavor, and you will love how quick and easy they are to make. The filling can be made up to 24 hours in advance, and the celery stuffed up to 4 hours in advance.

4 ounces softened cream cheese
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped salted peanuts
1/4 cup raisins
6 celery stalks, cut into 2 inch pieces
