Apple Stuffing and Pork Chop Bake

"Really great during the cooler days of fall. Serve with some green beans and mashed potatoes and dinner is done!"
4 pork chops, 1 to 1-1/2-inches thick
1 box (6 ounces) cornbread stuffing mix
1-1/2 cups hot chicken broth
1 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a casserole dish. Combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, apple, onion and parsley; mix well. Place half in the dish. Layer pork chops on top. Top with rest of stuffing. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Serves 4.
