Peach and Brie Canapes
Yum! Superb ripe peaches really make this simple appetizer fantastic! They can be made in just minutes and make for a fantastic first course or even cheese and fruit course.
3 ripe peaches, sliced into eigths
3 ounces soft Brie
24 baguette slices
Spread the Brie evenly over the bread slices and top with the peach slices. If desired, grill or broil briefly to melt the cheese slightly and warm the peaches.
Makes 4 servings.
