"This is a very easy and quick recipe. Your guests will rave about it and it is 'heart healthy.'"
Remove skin from 1-1/2 pounds salmon.
Slice into portions.
Place sliced salmon in pan
Pour 1/4 cup white wine over salmon
Cover with foil
Bake 10 - 15 min at 350 degrees. Test to see if done.
Place salmon on serving platter
Prepare Sauce by pouring wine from pan into saucepan.
Add 1/3 cup lowfat plain yogurt,
1/3 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice and
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped dill
Stir and just warm the sauce (do not boil)
Pour over salmon, and serve
Serve with rice, a nice dark green vegetable, and white wine.
