Lasagne ala Andrea

Recipe Submitted by Andrea.

"I am a single mother of an active 10 Year old and 5 year old twins. As I work full time I dont have alot of time to cook, but want my kids to have good food when they are home. I like recipes that are easy, good, and freeze well. The kids really enjoy my recipes, and am glad they all come willingly to the dinner table! Enjoy this lasagne that freezes well and can be easily prepared. It tastes great being reheated in either the oven or the microwave, so its a great take to work item. I use 5x7 foil pans as we have smaller and very meaty and cheesy appetites, but you can use any size you wish. This recipe is very simply despite its complicated look and is well worth the small effort! I try to always have it on hand in the freezer. It is simple to make in smaller portions, and when popped out of the foil pans and cut, micowaves into a great dinner for the family or emergency guests!"
