Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Diet, Schmiet. Some foods are worth breaking New Year's Resolutions - and this cake definitely fits the bill. Delicious, decadent, and drop-dead gorgeous, this cake is one of my favorite go-to recipes whenever I need the perfect finale for a celebratory meal.

Rosemary Thyme Lamb Chops

These simple lamb chops are fragrant and very quick and easy to make. Serve with herb "baked" potatoes, rice, or pasta and a fresh green salad for a great simple meal.

1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 lamb rib chops

Preheat the broiler. On a clean surface crush the rosemary and thyme leaves until coarsely powdered. Mix the salt with the rosemary and thyme. Lightly grease the rack part of a broiling pan and place the rack in the pan. Thoroughly rub the spices into the lamb chops and place the chops on the prepared rack. Place the pan below or in the broiler on the closest shelf to the heat source. Broil the chops for four minutes and flip over. Broil for an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until the lamb is done to taste. Serve hot.

Makes 2 servings.
