Angel Hair Nests with Olive "Eggs"

Perfect for spring, this easy and delicious recipe makes a great appetizer, side dish, or entree and will add a bit of whimsy to your spring table. And all in just about 15 minutes total time!





Cherry-Cinnamon Apple Cider

This family-friendly mulled cider is easy to make and full of cheery cherry-cinnamon flavor. The cider can be made up to 24 hours in advance and just reheated before serving.

1 gallon apple cider
3 cinnamon sticks
2 packages sugar free cherry flavored beverage mix

Place the cider and cinnamon sticks in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the beverage mix, and stir to dissolve. Serve piping hot.

Makes 1 gallon of cider.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
