Recipe of the Week

Angel Hair Nests with Olive Eggs

Angel Hair Nests with Olive "Eggs"

Perfect for spring, this easy and delicious recipe makes a great appetizer, side dish, or entree and will add a bit of whimsy to your spring table. And all in just about 15 minutes total time!

Crispy Won Ton Skins

These dippers, made with won ton skins that are now available in most grocery stores, are wonderful. They are like eating a won ton or eggroll without the innards. What could be better? They are great alone or with a large variety of dips or spreads.

20 won ton skins
6 tablespoons melted butter
Salt

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut each wonton skin into four triangles or squares. Place the won ton skins on heavily greased baking sheets. Brush liberally with the butter and sprinkle to taste with salt. Bake for 5 minutes or until crispy and golden.

Makes 10 servings.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
