Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Diet, Schmiet. Some foods are worth breaking New Year's Resolutions - and this cake definitely fits the bill. Delicious, decadent, and drop-dead gorgeous, this cake is one of my favorite go-to recipes whenever I need the perfect finale for a celebratory meal.

Baby Quiche Appetizers

Recipe Submitted by Susie Q.

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped scallions
7 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 1/3 cups grated Swiss cheese
8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
Salt
Pepper

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Grease two mini muffin tins well. Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the scallions and cook for five minutes. Cool to room temperature. Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the scallion mixture and mix. Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tins. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool in the pan for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and serve hot.
