Roasted Pork Cubes
This recipe is part of Linda Larsen's An Appetizer Party article.
1/2 cup prune juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup catsup
3/4 cup sugar
4 pounds boneless pork tenderloins, cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes
Mix the first four ingredients well, then pour over pork. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove pork from marinade and place in baking pan. Roast uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 50 minutes or until pork is done.
