Bruschetta

1 loaf coarse, hearty bread, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
Drizzle bread slices with olive oil. Toast in a toaster oven until crisp. Remove from oven and rub the garlic clove over the warm toast. Place brie on toast, return to oven and heat until cheese melts. Top with tomatoes and basil and eat at once!
