Red Hot Chicken Wings

"Just like my favorite local restaurant. Really hot and great!"
6 whole chicken wings
1 cup flour
Salt and pepper
8 ounces Louisiana hot sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup butter
Blue cheese dressing
Celery sticks
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Put chicken wings in flour mixture then shake. Fry chicken in very hot oil until golden brown. In a pan, combine hot sauce, honey and butter and toss fried wings in sauce. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
