Caramel Apple-Almond Crepes


A great dish for dessert or breakfast, these filled crepes are quick and easy to make, full of wonderful flavor, and make any occasion special.


Vegetarian Stuffed Onions

4 large onions
1/4 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper

Cut a slice from the bottom of each oven so it sits flat. Scoop out the center of the onion to leave a 1/2 inch thick wall. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Stuff the onions with the ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
