Roasted Garlic Butter|
This is an excellent butter to use to add flavor and depth to a wide variety of dishes. Try using it on potatoes, vegetables, and many other dishes. It also makes a great butter to use when flavoring poultry or to use as a finishing sauce for beef.
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1 small head of roasted garlic (6-8 cloves)
Smash the garlic cloves and mix until smooth. Beat in the butter. Store in the refrigerator or freeze until ready to use.
Makes 1/2 cup flavored butter.
