Angel Hair Nests with Olive "Eggs"

Perfect for spring, this easy and delicious recipe makes a great appetizer, side dish, or entree and will add a bit of whimsy to your spring table. And all in just about 15 minutes total time!





Potatoes Savoyard

"This is a wonderful dish for 'company' meals .... perfect with beef tenderloin or prime rib."

6 large potatoes, peeled
1 medium onion, sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
l stick butter or margarine
6 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
1/2 pint whipping cream

Slice potatoes into thin rounds and cook in salted water for just 5 minutes; drain. Sauté onion, garlic, oregano, and lemon pepper in butter until onions are tender. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer potatoes, then the onion mixture, cheese, and whipping cream. End making the last two layers consist of just potatoes and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
