Caramel Apple-Almond CrepesA great dish for dessert or breakfast, these filled crepes are quick and easy to make, full of wonderful flavor, and make any occasion special.

Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes
Recipe Submitted by Aunt Runner.
2 tablespoons butter
4 red potatoes, peeled, sliced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup half and half, or light cream
Butter a large casserole. Arrange a single layer of potatoes in the bottom. Season lightly with parmesan, salt, and pepper. Continue to layer and season potatoes. Pour half & half over all. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until tender and golden. Serve hot.
