Broccoli Rice Cheese Casserole
"This goes good with Turkey and is also a good take-along for pot luck dinners."

2 boxes broccoli (frozen) -- chopped
3/4 cup onion -- chopped
2 cup uncooked instant rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup celery -- chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar cheese whiz or Velveeta -- (16 oz)
1 stick butter -- melted
1 cup milk -- optional
1 box fresh mushrooms or canned -- sliced (optional)
Cook broccoli and rice; combine with all other ingredients. Place in buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
