Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Diet, Schmiet. Some foods are worth breaking New Year's Resolutions - and this cake definitely fits the bill. Delicious, decadent, and drop-dead gorgeous, this cake is one of my favorite go-to recipes whenever I need the perfect finale for a celebratory meal.

Best Company Potatoes

Recipe Submitted By: Karen Goodale

2 pounds frozen hash brown cubes
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Topping (see below)

Thaw potatoes. Stir in melted margarine and add next 8 ingredients. Put in greased 9x13-inch, and add topping.

Topping:

1-2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup margarine, optional (I spray corn flakes with cooking spray)

Top potatoes with corn flakes, sprinkle with margarine, or spray with cooking spray. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.

*Make a complete breakfast or dinner dish by adding sausage or ham to the potatoes.
