Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whipped Cream and Raspberries

Diet, Schmiet. Some foods are worth breaking New Year's Resolutions - and this cake definitely fits the bill. Delicious, decadent, and drop-dead gorgeous, this cake is one of my favorite go-to recipes whenever I need the perfect finale for a celebratory meal.

Crab & Cheese Mushrooms

Recipe Submitted By: Karen Goodale

20 to 28 large mushrooms
2 cups cream cheese
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 small can crab meat, flaked
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Steam mushrooms in a steamer basket for about 5-7 minutes until starting to get tender. Meanwhile let cream cheese set at room temperature till slightly softened. When softened enough to mix, add the small can of crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper and mix well. Remove mushrooms from steamer and stuff with the cream cheese mixture. Place on foil on cookie sheet and top all mushrooms with shredded cheese and bake at 350 until cheese on top is melted and slightly browned (about 10 minutes).
