Blue Skies Margaritas
I love curacao. Sure it tastes great, but that blue color is fantastic for entertaining! I love using it in party drinks as it makes for a really unusual drink that people really are drawn too. Make up a pitcher of these margaritas and you will make a bunch of new friends! All of the ingredients should be very well chilled before mixing.
5 ounces tequila
3 ounces blue curacao
2 ounces rum
2 cups sour mix
sliced limes and lemons
Mix together all of the ingredients in a small pitcher. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
Makes 4 servings.
