Banana Nutmeg Smoothie
Try this comforting smoothie the next time you want a quick breakfast or snack. It is also great topped with some granola or almonds.
1 banana
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
