Perfectly Pink Punch
Enjoy this pretty pink punch at your next "feminine" party. It is perfect for Mother's Day, birthday parties, showers, and weddings. For an alcoholic punch, add 12 ounces of vodka with the raspberry ginger ale.
Regular ginger ale can be used in place of the raspberry ginger ale if desired.
2 46 ounce bottles cran-raspberry juice
32 ounces pina colada mix
2 liters raspberry ginger ale
12 ounces frozen or fresh raspberries
Mix together the cran-raspberry juice and pina colada mix in a large freezer proof container. Freeze overnight or up to 1 month. Remove from the freezer half an hour before serving. Place the frozen mixture in a large punch bowl. Add the ginger ale and raspberries.
Makes 20 servings.
