Herb Cheese Stuffed Snow Peas
This is my favorite type of appetizer. It is very easy to make using only two ingredients, can be made in advance, and people love it. What more could you ask for?
50 snow peas
8 ounces soft spreadable herb cheese (like Alouette)
Steam or blanche the snow peas for 20-30 seconds. Remove the string from one side and cut with a small knife if necessary to make a pocket on one side. Leave the other side intact. Using a small spoon or pastry bag with star tip, fill the snow pea pods and place on a decorative platter. Cover and chill up to 6 hours before serving.
