Stuffed Monster Heads
This simple shake is surprisingly good and full of marvelous fall flavor. It is equally good made with skim milk and low fat ice cream for a low calorie drink as well. For a different taste, try maple walnut or chocolate ice cream.
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
Makes 2 Servings.
