Pumpkin Tortilla Wedges

Yum! Pumpkin pie flavor without all the work - and a lot more fun to eat. These sweet and tasty wedges are surprisingly good and very quick and easy to make. If desired, the pecans can be omitted or walnuts, almonds, or other nuts can be used. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a quick and easy dessert treat.

4 large flour tortillas
2 cups pumpkin pie filling
1 cup chopped toasted pecans
2 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange two tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread the pumpkin pie filling over the tortillas and sprinkle with the pecans. Place the remaining tortillas on top of the pumpkin and pecans. Spread a tablespoon of butter on the top of each tortilla and sprinkle with the sugar. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbling hot. Cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve hot or at room temperature.

Makes 8 Servings.
