Diet, Schmiet. Some foods are worth breaking New Year's Resolutions - and this cake definitely fits the bill. Delicious, decadent, and drop-dead gorgeous, this cake is one of my favorite go-to recipes whenever I need the perfect finale for a celebratory meal.

White Bean Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Hearts Of Palm Salad
Hot N Fresh Biscuits
Chicken Squares
Spinach Madeleine
Bean Bundles
Potatoes Napoleon
Pear Coconut Crisp


The Plan

Up to 24 hours in advance

Make the White Bean Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and refrigerate.
Make the dough for the Hot N Fresh Biscuits and refrigerate.
Prepare the beans and sauce for the Bean Bundles and refrigerate.
Assemble the Potatoes Napoleon.
Make the Pear Coconut Crisp.

90 minutes in advance

Make the Spinach Madeleine and keep warm while baking the rolls.
Remove the Potatoes Napoleon from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature.

1 hour in advance

Make the Chicken Squares and keep warm while baking the rolls.
Bake the Potatoes Napoleon and keep warm while baking the rolls.

20 minutes in advance

Place the Hot N Fresh Biscuits in the oven.
Make the Hearts Of Palm Salad.
Place the Bean Bundles in the oven with the biscuits and finish under the broiler if needed.
