Spoil Dad something terrible with this terrific Father's Day menu. It combines a few of my family's favorite summer recipes (including their favorite "manly" fare) along with preparation hints that make life very easy on the cook. Most of the recipes require very little last minute preparation and can be prepared well in advance. Dad loves the grill, so many of the recipes are prepared on the grill to help you keep a cool kitchen for when company arrives. The recipes for the grill require little watching or basting, so even if Dad ends up watching the grill he can take it easy on his special day.

One-Two Days in Advance
