Triple Treat Ham Loaf

Horseradish Sauce

Best Company Potatoes

Celery Parmigiana

Pepper, Peas, and Limas

Frozen Chocolate Frango

Menu Notes:

The Frozen Chocolate Frango can be made a day in advance and store well in the freezer. It makes a few extra treats in case you have a few people who might be tempted to snack before company comes.

The Raw Veggie Salad and Horseradish Sauce can be made up to a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Serve the horseradish sauce chilled or at room temperature.

The Crab & Cheese Mushrooms, Triple Treat Ham Loaf, Best Company Potatoes, and Celery Parmigiana can all be baked together at 350 degrees with good results.

The Pepper, Peas, and Limas should be made on the stovetop just before serving.
