By no means do you have to limit this breakfast to bed…it makes a great menu to serve for any breakfast or brunch and is especially nice for an al fresco breakfast in the early summer.
Use serving trays or bed trays to make eating these dishes easier. While some of these recipes can be eaten without a tray, others would be very difficult to try.
Use very large napkins or even high quality dishtowels to prevent your sheets from getting greasy or crumby. Have several napkins to use for dirty fingers and to protect your lap.
When you are transporting your breakfast on trays or large plates, make sure to place napkins underneath dishes and glasses to prevent them from sliding around on the hard surface.
