Every Night Italian Cover Every Night Italian : 120 Simple Delicious Recipes You Can Make in 45 Minutes or Less by Giuliano Hazan
These 120 excellent Italian influenced recipes are quick and easy to make and full of wonder flavor. The book is well designed and laid out, with useful information about ingredients and techniques. All of the recipes fall into Hazan's philosophy, which is best described by this quote from his book: "Satisfying food does not have to be complex or take a long time to prepare. Often the simpler it is the better it tastes, and simplicity is what Italian cooking is all about." Don't miss the recipe for the superb Linguine with Shrimp and Cream…it alone is worth the price of the book.
